Björkmans Bil in Avesta is growing, and we are now looking for additional reinforcement for our strong service team. We are seeking a Service Advisor/Customer Receptionist who is structured and always prioritizes the customer's best interests. Job Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor/Customer Receptionist, you will work closely with our customers and be our face to the outside world. You provide cost estimates, sell service products, keep the customer updated on ongoing tasks, and evaluate completed cases. The role also includes warranty management, accessory sales, and partial responsibility for service booking/workshop planning. Overall, you ensure that the customer is taken care of in a correct and professional manner. You will meet customers in person, via phone, or email. The goal is a satisfied customer with a hassle-free car ownership experience.

You are responsible for:

• Response time and staffing for incoming customers
• Booking workshop appointments
• Price inquiries for service, repairs, and spare parts
• Campaign invitations
• Rental car administration
• Warranty cases
• Invoicing

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, trustworthy, and has good planning skills. We expect you to have a technical education in automotive or a strong interest in vehicles. Previous experience with similar tasks at another service workshop, experience from Kia, or familiarity with our business system Kobra is highly meritorious. You should also be comfortable working with computers and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of customer contact.

Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. To be able to further your education with our brands or interact with our customers, you should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, we see you as a team player who can also work independently. You are a cheerful person who does not hesitate to help others.
